I first went to them because of a problem with my car's transmission. That gave me the opportunity to meet Kenan and Soner. From our very first meeting, they instilled confidence in me; and their sincere and heartfelt approach further reinforced that trust.

While inspecting my car, they also identified and pointed out a problem with another part that I hadn't noticed. Moreover, the fact that they repaired the car that same day, even though it was very close to the end of their shift, was truly invaluable to me.

This year, another problem arose with my car. Before leaving Germany, I contacted them. They offered me two different options, and I chose the one that suited me. As soon as I arrived in Turkey, they attended to my car and solved the problem quickly. They also performed a general check of the vehicle and said there were no other issues.

One of the most important points for me is this: these guys really do their job. They don't pretend there's a fault that doesn't exist just to make money, they don't try to replace parts unnecessarily or incur extra costs. In today's world, especially when it comes to cars, encountering people you can trust like this is truly invaluable.

I would entrust my vehicle to them with complete peace of mind.

I especially recommend them to those living abroad who own a Land Rover and are reading this review.

Anıl Auto is truly number one as a Land Rover service center in Maslak Auto Industrial Zone. Service manager Kenan Bey and his team are on a whole different level, especially in engine and mechanical services; they provide top-notch service. We have been working with them for 20 years. I went there years ago and regretted it. I agreed to prices far above average hoping my problem would be solved. However, the problem recurred a week later, and I received no after-sales support. It seems everything is fine until they get the money. Personally, I was not satisfied with the service I received. I never went there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I heard it was the biggest Land Rover service center in the area, and I trusted them.
